Hi Peter!,
Your got good catch of colorful stork there.
Nice natural side lighting that cast a shadow at the water.
Slightly overexposed highlight at the back of the bird.
cheers,
/Tabib/.

Hi Peter,
What a magnificent looking bird this Jabiru is. Another one I have not seen before. My favorite color combination - black, red and white. Beautiful colors and fine details from head to toe. I love the pose with the bent leg.

Hi Peter.
Amazing and unknown for me bird. I like perfect wide DOF and excellent details of the bird and surroundings. Both are so impressive. Despite the richness of colour tones you managed to exposure the shot excellently. Bravo and TFS.

Hello Peter,
How lucky to see this fantastic Jabiru Stork in the wild! I like its pose and the colours are striking. Very sharp details too and a fine composition. I like the reflection in the water too, just a little pity about the cropped leg. Even so a great capture!
Many thanks, Ulla
Hello Peter,
Good picture of this Jabiru... You got a good pov and I like the fact that we can see the shadow of the bird... The only thing is that you cut the lower part of the leg (going into the frame). Nice colors!

Hallo Peter
This is such a fascinating and colourful looking bird. The continuous black from the neck right through to the beak is really something else and to me it is quite comical. When one just glimpse at it, one can see a man's forearm covered in a black sock, doing some kind of a puppet show. The red and white of the feathers looks like a skirt or dress. Am I crazy?
Anyway, it is still a lovely stork and I like the black matchstick legs. The shadow in the water is quite special. This was really an enjoyable image to look at. One tend to think that you have seen the most kind of birds, but looking at this Jabiru, you realise you have not seen nothing yet. Thanks for sharing.
Kind regards
Anna
