Hola Jose,
this is a female of
- Hamadryas amphinome
- family: Nymphalidae
during oviposition. Eggs are obviously laid as small 'towers' of about 12 eggs. I don't know whether this behaviour is known for Hamadryas. It's similar to oviposition of our European Araschnia levana.
You show a well focused picture and provide a wonderful nature document.
Best wishes, Peter

Hello Jose
What a wonderful capture! A female hamadryas laying eggs! Wow! The butterfly is a beauty and so it is the composition in your picture. I love it.
Congrats and thank you very much for sharing.
Best wishes
Maite
