Hello Livio,
Thanks for the owl(s).
I heard that owls with yellows eyes are not active at night but during the day.
Dark black eyes at night and orange one at dusk or dawn (twilight operators;-)

Hello Livio!
This is a very nice composition presenting a very beautiful owl species. I like POVs and saturation colour. Only the frame would be narrower as for me :)
Best greetings,

Hi Livio,
All great "points of view" of your owl. Each is well contrasted with nice color, detail, and exposure..Interesting note on the beliefs associated with the owl, and how they reflect on the different cultures.
Very well done.

Three good shots of the owl, Livio. And he looks good against the blurred BG.
I don't think NZ has any weird beliefs about owls...

Hi Livio,
Excellent sequence of shots!
I like the way you present us the appearance of this owl.
You caught all the intensity of its look, with the big eyes in the frontal view.
Very good the layout and the presentation done.
Well done and thanks for share it.
My best regards,
JM

Beautiful series of this wonderful owl Livio.
Love the way you did capture the bird with the legs in the same pose while the pose of the head is different in all treeimages.
Excellent lighting and wonderful details, warm colors and soft background.
Very well done.
Thanks for sharing.
Have a nice Sunday,
Harry

Hi Livio,
A very nice three panel presentation on the Burrowing Owl. It is amazing how far most owls can rotate their heads around. I believe it is around 270 degrees. Love those big yellow eyes.
Looks great!

Hi Livio,
3 good portraits!
I have always found this owl a really different and fascinating species, so different from their "relatives", so specialized,...
And wondeful note! TFS, Marta

Sorry for missing this wonderful shot Livio, this is really super, I just love your burrowing friends of the south. We have the same species in our state back east. :)
