I see you use the EF100-400mm... I'm just new on digital world and one nature photography but willing to improve ...I have the "basic" 18-55 mmm but thinking of a future investment on a tele lenses...This one is among my options ...Do you feel confortable with it?

Very cool Livio, I really like it mf.
This bird has that "wild & crazy" look about em'
I'm not sure if it's the punk hairdo or those eyes..or both :)
It's got excellent sharpness, details, DOF, POV, color, exposure, and this feeding time action is wonderful..

Never seen an image of this bird before, but it seems to be in bad need of a hairdresser :)
Love the cock's comb on it's head.
Composition, clarity and exposure are perfect and the details in the feathers and frog in the beak are very beautiful.

Hi Livio,

A spectacular capture of this fascinating looking bird. Perfect timing to catch him with that look on his face and the prey in his beak. The wide open eye and the crest is amazing. Excellent lighting, marvelous colors, razor sharp details and a wonderful setting. I would love to see one of these!
