Welcome to TrekNature.
You've captured a very nice portrait of this Snowy Egret. The colours are really great and the bright sparkles in the water just add more interest. Sharpening an image sometimes helps to bring out more detail.

I aggree with Janice overall a nice shot, I love the sparkly water to. I would also play a bit with sharpening and maybe lightening up the dark areas so the birds face isnt to dark. Bot other than those suggestions a nice shot, well captured.
