The expression of the monkey is interesting. The pictyre would have been better if you could crop a little bit the right hand side where we can see a human leg which is a little bit distracting

Good shot Alexandre. Nice pose of the subject. Subject would be better off center. See workshop. Overall great pose.

My kids usually give me this look when I wake them up in the morning.

I like this image a lot and it has good exposure and sharpness. I agree with the guys that it will have more impact if the image is moved a bit out of the center.

This is done according to the rule of thirds which states that even thought it is natural to have the subject in the middle of the shot, this is where it has the least impact. Try and crop it so that the subject is more or less a 3rd from either side, or top to bottom, or both. When doing this try and leave the most room in the direction the subject is moving or looking to.

Alexandre, ao mesmo tempo em que tenho a impressão de que ele está triste, tenho a impressão de que ele está pensativo.

Tenho ainda a sensação de que ele teria sido chamado; é como se você tivesse flagrado o exato instante em que ele olhou para trás.
