[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
One of these days, I went to Mocambo Park to take some photos. My two previous posts were taken in this occasion. The one above too. I was already leaving the park when I noticed the little insect (again, less than one centimeter). Obviously, I coudn't help shooting it.

I had never seen one of them; I don't have its identification.

Superb Livio! Composition is perfect. I love green shape of leaf and little red spot made by insect. I have no idea what kind of insect it is.

What a fantastic - absolutely perfect macro. Great picture, excellent colours, light and very good details. I really like Your pictures Livio. Regards.

No critter below the size of 1 cm seems to be safe from your paparazzi camera ;-))
This is a very appealing photo with the tiny, razor sharp insect on the green leaf. I've no idea as to identification, maybe some kind of ant?

Hi Livio;
I think like Paul (PDP), this is an assasin bug from the truebugs (Hemiptera). They suck their preys by the needle like mouth-organ bended towards to its body.
Very nice colors with a clean composition.
Well done.

Hi Livio, I think this is some kind of true bug. It's mouthparts tell you it is designed for sucking, and that could be plants or animals. I would look at the nymphs of true bugs in your area. It's a lovely shot, with a very nice composition and good colours. Well done.

Points tomorrow.

Grat shot, but a bit out focus.

TFS.

Naki is spot on with the ID, Livio. They are assasin bugs. We have black ones here. The red one is very interesting. Great shot.

Excellent composition. The colours are amazing. A really sharp shot. Well done and thanks for sharing.
