Hello Livio,
I was rather surprised to see your name on this shot with so much water. : )
I guess I am used to thinking of your area as rather dry. But after reading your note, I can see where the"marsh" is coming from.
You caught this moorhen in a great pose and in the open.
They are usually very shy and like to hide in the reeds.
Very sharp details and good light and colors on that bird,
though the branches and water seem very bright to me.
I like the way the wing feathers are spread out.

Nice this Gallinula species. The colours of branches is very contrastant (very strong)with blue of water. The black of bird is a little out of attention, but it is a interesting composition. It is a good photo. Best regards, Cezar T.

WOW! he certainly has some colorful beak. The vibrant red and yellow coloring looks great with the darker plumage. Nice bright and soft looking light. Good colors and detail in this one.
