Great scene, colorfull and sunny as always on your photos from Brasilia :-) I'm not sure about composition - I think I would rather cut off upper half. Anyway - I like it!

I too would have cropped the top, there's too much water in the frame now. The colors are great and the details on the dragonflies are good. Lightening/exposure is great too. TFS!
