Beautiful colours and a nice composition. It is a bit unsharp but that is not so important.

Fine capture of a species of Parakeet new to me. Pretty sharp and in a nice composition with palm fronds and blue sky, blurred enough to make the parakeet stand out.

The lighting is very good,and it really lights up the maritaca well.The orange contrasts naturally against the blue sky.Well composed in a natural setting.The focus is sharp with lovely detail.TFS

Lots of nice colors is this wonderful sharp capture of the comical looking (Brotogeris chiriri). What is it eating? :)

I am not incorrect on the naming of this species I did not give complete name, which is (Brotogeris versicolorus chiriri). First part of name being the genus(Brotogeris), second part of name is species(versicolurus), third part of name, if any, the sub species(chiriri). So yes (Brotogeris versicolurus chiriri) or (Brotogeris versicolurus) does exist in your range. It is sometimes common to just name the animal just using genus and species mentioned in its scientific naming format when the full name is not known, but at least it is a way to break it down so the animal is easier to identify when trying to reference more information on genus and species.

The above information is not valid as the species mentioned in my notes are not conspecific, at one time they were classified as one species in older reference material according to the above noted source which was dated in 1991. Steve(cuckooroller) has pointed this out to me in more current reference material from multiple sources.
