Mocambo sounds wonderful - you are so lucky to have access to so many bird species. I'm jealous! Nice pose on this hawk and his eyes really pop out. I like the composition with the diagonal branch.

There is a interesting symmetry to this photo with the curve in the branch and the crook in subject's neck. Nice composition. Great blue sky background. Intense eyes. Although there is distance, the focus is sharp.

Interesting look as the bird is "checking" you :)
Difficult light & shadow, but well managed..
Just a suggestion. If you want anyone other than TN members to find this publication on the net, you should include ID either in the title, or first sentence of your text mf. I had to go looking through your previous posts to discover it was a "Crested Caracaras".

Nice shot Livio.
Pity it was shot against the light and therefore does miss some clarity and detail in the feathers and eyes of the bird.
Composition is very good and the bird does stand out wonderfully against the blue sky.

Hahaha...still checking...he must be very curious :))
Another very beautiful shot and also a splendid pose captured from this gorgeous bird!
The eye-contact here is ipressive and the details are very sharp.
The colors are great and despite the difficult contrast with the lovely blue sky, you mamaged to compensate very well with your fill-in flash.

Wow Livio, this one certainly has its eye on you. It looks wonderful against the lovely blue sky. Due to the good sharpness its underside can be seen clearly. Nice one.
