Hello Taba,

Splendid colours on this butterfly. I think that he went thru some fights, looking at his hind wings (slightly broken), but that's the use of those pretty false eyes drawn on the wings: to confuse the predators that will atack the wings instead of head. Mission acomplished! :-)

Hello Tabajara,
though I see similarities between this species and the one that Ben posted, I also see many differences. Beautiful colourful butterfly and well displayed. The focus is a bit on the soft side. Maybe if you increase the Fstop to 5.6 or 8 you would have a better depth of field.

Hola Taba,
Linda mariposa, una de mis favoritas, pero ya no se ven por el frio que hace acá. La composición es agradable, con el insecto llenando casi topda la imagen, ¿está recortada? Parece una Junonia everale, pero no eston muy seguro, tal vez Benyamin esté en lo cierto

Inseto lindo com exuberande cores, mesmo não tendo usado a macro esta foto ficou muito boa, detalhando bem toda sua estrutura.
