With the kind help of Steve (cuckooroller) I knew that thi is an adult male "Sturnella superciliaris" (White-browed Blackbird), so I could search his brazilian name: "polícia-inglesa-do-sul". Steve also teach me that "the buffy feather tips dorsally (but also on the breast though we can't see them) lets us know that this bird is in fresh plumage - the buffy tips will wear off and this bird will appear black and with the breast a brighter red."
I caught him in Gaspar-SC, southern Brazil, nearby a rice plantation.
Thank you!

Hi Jose,
This is an adult male Sturnella superciliaris (White-browed Blackbird). The buffy feather tips dorsally (but also on the breast though we can't see them) lets us know that this bird is in fresh plumage - the buffy tips will wear off and this bird will appear black and with the breast a brighter red.

Hello José,
pleasantly soft backlight light, clear details, a well concentrated, well contrasting spectre of just a few colours, a dense atmosphere of damp tropical heat from that perfectly neutral grey background - nice, well describing, appealing presentation. Thank you!
With best regards,
Peter
Hello Zeca,
A lovely composition with amazing details!
Ilike the placement and pose of the bird, the colours are fresh and attractive...
Pin sharp details in the plumage, lovely colours!
