This si a very nice close-up of this insect. You have shown very well the intense and contrasting colors of the beatel. Even more the image is very sharp and the DOF well asapted so that good details of the insect and leaf beneath can be seen.

Why don't we have pretty bugs like this in Tucson??? The metallic colors are fantastic. The entire bug has razor sharp details - even the legs are wonderful. I love the pose on the leaf. A beautiful diagonal composition.
