It is nice you have moved to show us how to capture small ants in nice shots. This ant is a bit different from ones we normally see here in Sri Lanka.

I'm happy that in Poland we haven't got ants with so big claws ;-) This is probably soldier - look at its heavy armoured head and this jaws! Scary ;-) How big it was?

There are not many ants on the site, perhaps because they are so difficult to catch. This one is nice, sharp, detailed, in a well balanced light. Very good macro, Livio!
