I am pretty sure it is a fingernail...but I could be wrong...:-) As to what is on it???? I wold have shook it off quickly...On TN I find that things which look harmless can poison me...what luck...and by the way it appears as though you had a small paper cut....next time try some Yarrow to quickly stop bleeding and also heal 3X faster!
