Black Witch (moth), Ascalapha odorata. Quite appropriate for Halloween! A stunning insect, and one of the largest moths (in terms of wingspan) in the world. Well done - it's beautiful.

I like the contrast of the butterfly against the wood floor that kept its darkness despite the use of the flash.

Nesta época do ano, são muito comuns. Um dia desses, havia uma por aqui, mas estava muito alta; não foi possível fotografá-la.
