Hello Jose,
perfect portrait of that species,
typical pose, very well arranged and composed, very good details.
Beautiful soft light, delightful colours, perfectly demonstrating some transparent wing areas.
The butterfly looks poisonous, and it is.
Thank you! Best regards,
Peter
P.S:
- about the Acraeidae family, Actinote being the Neotropical representatives: "Most species can eject an unpleasant yellow fluid from the thorax, which affords them considerable protection from predators." (Paul Smart, The Illustrated Encyclopedia of the Butterfly world. New York 1989)

Hi Jose,
The colors on this butterfly are absolutely gorgeous.
Fantastic POV, and the composition is very pleasing with the diagonal position of the subject. Sharp details and great light.
