A hopper?

The picture I posted yesterday shows an insect that is similar to this, although the previous one is much younger. According to Mike Hodgson (Fisher), the previous shot depicts a hopper. Therefore, I think the bug above is a hopper too.
Photo taken in Pindaíbas, a very small town 30 kilometers away from the one I live in. |

Lovely shot Livio, pin sharp, good colours, i may have cropped an inch off of the top though as that curly thing is a bit distracting.
Overall though an excellent capture, well done.

Nice piture. The insect is very sharp. But it is a pity the background is distracting our attention. If you used a flash you should have oriented another way as to avoid lighting too much of that distracting background.
Good macro Livio. Main subject is sharp on the foreground and has very good details. Background a bit distracting: I tried a workshop just to see what would give the blur tool on it. Hope you like it.
