Was going to call this "GREAT WATERS"(4) and as part of my Iguazu project; however, the title "PARAISO" in
Portuguese, meaning PARADISE or HEAVEN, is more appropriate for this theme though this location is also a part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site and protected as such since 1986. Hence, here goes:
When the public RUSH to the IGUAZU NATIONAL PARK to hear the ROAR & see the "GREAT WATERS" they often overlook that in that park exists many, many secrets & wonders of nature.
Within this vast, and I mean VAST 420,000 acres of subtropical rain forest, home to 1100 species of birds and large and small mammals ( deer, otters, ocelots, capybaras, etc.) there live also huge SPIDERS with matching huge WEBS accompanied by extraordinarily big LIZARDS.We witnessed a small bird, firmly caught, in one of these webs. Now, within this immense cosmos is this bounty of lush vegetation. There also exists, still un-named wild & beautiful orchids. Within all this nature's gift to MANKIND is this " AS LAGRIMAS do JESUS" that goes totally UN-NOTICED, UN-SEEN, perhaps even ignored ... due to the rush, rush time factor to move on to their food or drink or 'plane ride back home.
JUDGE FOR YOURSELF. IS THIS "PARAISO" OR NOT?

Olá Aires,
bonita foto, seria ótimo apanhares umas raparigas lindas banhando-se por essas quedas de água (brincando ;-))

Nice shot but a little shakey... Very good note though.

Wonderful image of a rain forest. I like your slow exposure and what that does at the end of the waterfall. Well seen,

Obrigado,

Alli

P.S. I was laughing at your intro page, you're quite a character!

Hello Mario,
Interesting to see this capture from the depth of the rain forest, where the vegetation is so dense light hardly reaches the ground!
The light there is plays nicely with the water, a fresh attractive composition!
Greetings,

Caro Mário,
Que bela foto! Eu sei, por experiência própria como é difícil fotografar água corrente, sobretudo em queda.
E você conseguiu.
POV e DOF excelentes.

Hi, dear Mario.
I like your pictorial shot very much. Pictured scene and selected POV are amazing. You managed to reflect the beauty of the waterfall excellently. Composition and vertical crop are great too. Bravo and my best wishes.
Alexei.
