This is a "içá". I don't know the word in English, but this insect is the fertile female of an ant's nest.
This one seems a little dirty. It may have passed by a place with dust.

Spectacular macro view of this powerful female. The fine hairs, do seem to have caught some dust. The detail is fantastic. Well done.
