Hi Marlon,
Absolutely amazing your macro, Marlon. Wonderful picture. I just wonder what kind of insect it is.
Best regards
Anne

Anne has already given expression to my thoughts, Marlon. What a shapely insect, but what is it? I especially like its antennae.
TFS and bye.

Hi Marlon,
Fantastic close-up of this little "fly?" Wonderful details, especially of the wings and the antennae! And the colour of the wings is beautiful. I like the shadows too!

Hi Marlon,
This is a fine capture of a species of Owl Midge or Hairy Moth Fly (Psychodidae).
Excellent detail and lighting of this small midge that cannot be more than a few mm in size.
TFS, regards, Ivan

Beauty... This is in fact a Moth Fly and quite a pest but like it is in Nature the closer you get the more beautiful, Great POV and colours, thaks for Sharing

Hi
So you are the first on trek nature :-). voyager1 last post is also a fly from family Psychodidae. But you have a different species. Maybe it is not pefectly sharp and exposed but I like it. It is rare thing to see the fly like these. Usualy people thasn's pay attention to small insects like these one.
Best wishes
Krzysztof

Hola Marlon:

Felicitaciones
Hernán
