This is a very commom animal on the brazilian beaches and we can find it in the motion of the waves on the sandy beaches.
It measures around 3 or 4 centimeters. Some people eat it. I never tryed..

A fascinating capture of a creature I have never seen or even heard of! They look prehistoric!

Hello Jose!
Crustaceans are not favourite group here on TN, they are rarely presented and commented. Good picture of these invertebrates are rather rare and photographes taken in the natural habitats (like this one) are really very rare.
I like this picture because it is very original and very interesting from the zoological POV.
