[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Yesterday, although it was a cloudy day, I went to Mocambo Park, a place I usually go to when I want to take pictures. Inside the park there's a little maize plantation. There's a guy who lives there and takes care of it.

Walking through the plantation, I noticed I would have the chance to shoot some insects.

This is one of them. At first, when I saw it on the leaf, I thought it was an ant, but now it seems to me I was mistaken.

The insect is another tiny one I shot - less than one centimeter.

A pretty little fly - I would not go further than diptera for ID.
Maybe you could have cropped the picture a little more?
the light is ideal, as is the focus.

Hi Livio, nice photo, eye of the fly look as if punched by someone. He must be the extra light weight champion :) A good close up lens makes miracles on such tiny insects.
