Welcome to TrekNature, Ina. I like your image very much. Good details and colors. I would like to have more technical photo info: what camera and lens did you use? what shutter speed and f-stop? did you do any post-processing? This helps me improve. Many thanks and welcome again, Ina.

WOW ! Très belle composition et superbe prise de vue. Beaucoup de détail,le regard et le plumage, parfait. J'aime bien les couleurs et la netteté background en arrière, très belle effet agràble à regarder. Félicitation et bonne jounée.

Ina, I also like this image very much. Great details, POV & colors under these overcast conditions. My only nit is that the frames a bit tight for this large bird..Some basic camera data would be great next time. TFS!

Great composition, I like the pelican's pose, but it could have been good to get a bit more of the boat.
Well done.
TFS.

Hi Ina
I love this pelican, if your file is large enough, you can crop a portrait just of the head, it would make a beautiful mug shot! He has a lovely, mean gleam in his eye, and there is plenty of detail in the plumage as well.
This is a type of picture I would love to take as well.
Did you get any Inca Ter on your trip?
