After 2 jours from Arica harbour, we reached the Altiplano at 3 500 m. In the far east, there is one of the most high volcans in the Lauca National Parc : the Parinacota.
The altiplano desert is a volcanic desert and we can see beautiful colors, mainly in the bofales, areas where water appears and where animals come to eat.

Bonjour Robert,
bienvenu sur treknature.
Ta photo est très belle, mais j'aurais coupé une partie du ciel de façon à ce que ton horizon ne tombe pas pile au milieu de la photo et cela aurait placé les vigognoes sur le tiers inférieur...
merci pour le post et bonne continuation
