[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Ourisias, at least in Chile, usually grow near streams and waterfalls where humidity is a constant. They always decorate beautiful waterfall scenes with big red bunches. I like the glow around the corolla.

Though not endangered, they are the first ones to suffer when streams are dammed or deviated for irrigation of power generation.
I took this shot using an inverted 50 mm lens at 16 f-stop.
