The scientific name is Campylorhyncus griseus, but in the street people recognize them as “Chupahuevos”. Approximately 20 Cm.
It is possible to find them in Colombia, Venezuela, Guayanas and Brazil.
This species is to much noisy and produce a lot of sounds.
Its behavior when they are feeding consist of searching insects in all diferent levels of the tree, branch by branch, sometimes they feed on the soil.
They are very common in the city and they construct big nests with lateral entrance. |
