Una envidiable agudeza Jose Miguel para capturar toda la belleza de esta ave con gran foco y un colorido algo saturado, pero muy agradable.
Me encanta el punto de vista captado, con la mirada del animal bien marcada y el acorde encuadre ligeramente descentrado, que brinda una composición muy estética.

Desde mi humilde punto de vista esta perfecta. La pose de medio alerta genera una justa tensión e interes y el fondo con el trazo en tono claro realza la experta ilumación de la foto.
Parece que la hubieras postprocesado para el ajuste de mi monitor, parece que va salir volando del mismo en cualquier momento :)

This is a very beautiful capture!
I really like the sharpness of every detail here - it's simply impeccable!
Also, the colors and tones are most charming and well saturated, the exposure is well managed and the DOF is impressive, isolating the bird very nicly from the lovely blurred BG.
I also like the POV here, the lighting and the framing.
I would have a sugestion, if i may, but it can only be done on the original: try to even te horizon so it will be perfectly horizontal and i think then you'll have a beautiful diagonal composition with the branch the little bird is sitting one...just an idea :)
Anyway, wonderful work!

excellent,le merle est difficile a approcher et en plus sa couleur habituellement foncée ne se prete pas vraiment a une photo detaillée,vous vous avez parfaitement reussi a faire ressortir son plumage.

What a beautiful picture you have create and shared. Razor sharpness, perfect details and nice colours of this cute bird, attractive its pose and close-up. I also like the exposure, POV and DOF. The last one is selected precisely. I think you are right that you have rotated the image a bit. If it was possible to reduce brightness of a light strip of a background it would be simply remarkable. My best wishes and TFS.

Dear José,
I usually don't look at bird pics, it's too depressing to see to what great works other people are able to create. But I like this one particularely for esthetic reasons: an unassuming greyish brownish little bird doing nothing---and yet it is full of life, the eyes do the trick. Well caught.

It cannot be the European robin, the red eyes, the strong beak, the even grey of the breast exclude this. So : T. chiguanco? (I don't know the South American birds). Thanks for the good text.
