blue footed booby
 |
|
| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
Taken on the island Isla de la Plata, also known as little Galapagos because here you also can see the blue footed and the masked boobies, the frigatebirds and if your lucky even a albatros.
As you can see, at first glance these two are almost identical, but if you look to the eye pupil you can see a difference. The females have slightly bigger pupils than the males. |

Nice composition and indeed like you say yourself: "Spot the seven differences" ;-).
The branches of the trees in the back however are distracting to me. Perhaps a lower F-stop would have given you a softer bokeh?

I love your blue-footed boobies, Liesbeth. These two are striking a great pose. Sharp details. Excellent composition.
TFS. : )
Hmmm...I wonder about the pupils.Maybe one of them is on something ;)
A really good photo anyway Liesbeth. Not something we see every day. Great post. Thanks.
What a startled expression they have. Odd looking birds. Good capture. TFS
