A nother picture of one of the funniest birds on earth. The blue footed boobie! Seems like itching a little bit. Maybe he's just thinking about getting a date with Miss Boobie right next door...
These birds are he one of tourists favorites on galapagos island, because of their blue feet and maybe because of their sometimes peering look. |

Hi Georg,
The bird looks really concentrated on the itching exercise, perhaps even not noticing you ... I like the subject, the funny comments about "his girlfriend" and the aesthetics of the picture. The intense blue feet and face mask outstands from the surrounding and from its own discrete feathered dress.
