These should be lichens, am I right?
This small plants were living on a big rock and had some water drops (visible) on them, as a proof of the high humidity level of the place.
I know, the picture is blurred. I did my best here, even in PS. Next time I'll use a tripod. |

Personally I think this might be moss (but I'm no expert) - Moss loves humidity. You will have problems with DOF in this angle even if you use a tripod. It will be better if you try a 90 degree angle on this. Here is a link to a site with info on lichens:

I think Japie has it right about the ident deffinatley a moss, for me a tripod as large an F number as your lens will allow and a long shutter time on a timed release, should do it.
