This is a delightful picture!
I like so much the background got, it's so rich in colours and forms...it seems all the leaves directions comes from the back of the bird.
The sharpness of the image and focus on the bird are impressive.

Hi Paul

A well captured shot of this beautiful parrot. What really stand out here for me is the fact that you managed to arrest the "intelligence" and the "curiosity" of the bird. Both aspects are clearly showing on the photo.

Although the composition has the bird right in the centre, I think it actually worked very well in this shot. The colours are stunning and the details (as usual) are razor sharp. The BG with the palm leaves worked great and since it is well OOF it enhances the bird. The exposure is also spot-on.
