This is the first time I see this bird I think! This eye contact is impressive. They have good eyes and he was obviously looking at you! Texture, patterns and colors of his wings is fabulous. The plain background makes him stands out so well! This is beautiful! Thanks,

A superb clear portrait of a Black-collared Hawk taken in a great pose from a fine POV against a neutral BG in fine lighting with good use of flash.
At first I would have liked to see a vertical composition but this horizontal composition works well.
