Another point of view of the same valley. This is a combination of two photos I don't appreciate individually. I think that the result is good and I hope you will appreciate also.
I like the contrast between the two sides of the valley; we have seen this kind of contrast during all our trek and this was really interesting to imagine when arriving to a pass how different will be the other side.
To answer a question on my previous photo, I don't use any filter to get the deep blue.

hello Stephan
un paysage à enlever le respire et un des plus belles places qu'on puisse visiter dans le monde en trouvant encore la nature encontaminè comme il était des siècles il y à. Tres belles les nuances de la vallée par rapport au blanc candide de la neige. Une photo parfaite soit pour la lumière que pour les couleurs et les dètails.

Hi Stephan

Splendid panorama here with these very high and massive peaks!
I really love the definition of each angle and line, the texture of the mountains and depth given the river valley.
Excellent overall exposure and terrific DOF, with also gorgeous colors.
Wonderful work in your other shots, too.

Hello Stephan,
What a wonderful photo. The mountains are very impressive. I was in Peru in 1980, but I lost all my photos of the tracking I made. They never came back from the developping centre.
Fantastic DOF and splendid deep and saturated colours.

Hi Stephan

A lovely composition - great colurs too. The glaciers of Peru have suffered some of the most rapid and devastating retreats of any - you can see evidence of this in the deposits in the valley which are still very recent.
