[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This photo was taken during a visit to the Balista Isaland off Paracas national park. Here three happy Peruvian Pelicans (Pelicanus thagus) showing off as we passed by. I've used a bit of warming filter since the light was very strong, robbing the picture of color. I also added some color saturation and darkened the highlights to bring out more contrast.

Hi Peter
This is a great shot of these Pelicans in many ways, but the detail isn't quite there for some reason. It is either slightly out of focus or has been heavily cropped. A pity as it could have been absolutely stunning - I hope you accept this as honest criticism and not just me picking holes! I see the shot is 131kb in size - remember you can go to 300kb on TN which does bring up more detail.
