I was likely to take this splendid bird in the north of Isla Margarita in the area of Pedro Gonzalez. It is an area where one can meet all kinds of hérons-aigrets, the limicolous ones, brown pelicans, without forgetting the cardinal vermilion but I do not dare to show his photo bus it is a bird very difficult to photograph since it never holds again few seconds in place.

This is a good picture, Henry.
Well composed, nice colours, good exposure and details.
The only nit IMO is thr bransch behind the bird, it's disturbing but it's nothing to do about it now.
Well done.

Great shot of this beautiful bird. The colors are so vivid. The details are very crisp. I bet that if you had taken one step to your left, you could have gotten him without the branch coming out of his head. Well done and TFS. : )
