Hello Alfredo and welcome o TN!
This is some species of tree frog, easy to recognize because of the very characteristic shape of legs. Thants to them it can "walking" on the trees or - like here - on the wall.
Very nice picture even if I do not like a BG to much (I prefer natural habitats). But of course I can imagine that from time to time wild species come to human buildings :)
