Another butterfly I shot in my garden while resting on a plant. The grey background is the sky. I sharpened slightly, cropped the picture to focus the composition more on teh butterfly and resized.

nice shot. inteesting colors. were the insides of the wings similarly colored?

Different point of view.

Try taking the picture by keeping the camera parallel to the wings of the butterfly to achieve complete sharpness.

Nice pov, good composition. Good focus on the eyes of the butterfly.
I like the grey bg colour, fits with the colours of the butterfly.

well it is certainly a different angle but im drawn to the shot,i think it is the green of the plant and the detail of the butterfly.
i like the way it stands out from the background. all the best

Muy bonita macro Yvonne con hermoso punto de vista, excelente foco y profundidad, brindando además un perfecto fondo que realzar aun más la silueta de la mariposa y su percha.
Me gusta la iluminación captada, sin reflejos indeseables ni sobre exposición alguna.
El apropiado encuadre completa una muy agradable presentación.
