Hi Jesus,

Excellent!!! This could be used in a textbook. This Wasp is posing like a Praying Mantis giving a superb view of the entire insect. I love the colors and the amazing details and textures. Interesting framing and a wonderful composition.

Now that is a SHARP macro!
You are right. The POV really presents the anatomy of this wasp beautifully, and it does have an amazing structure.
I daresay that this would be one of the rare times one can observe this masterpiece of Mother Nature at such close distance without danger to one's safety!
A pretty amazing shot!

This is such a gorgeous insect, I love his "design" ! And all of his features are so wonderfully reproduced on your picture, with excellent details and vivid colors. The vertical composition, the POV, the pose of the insect are wonderful, too. The blurred BG and the tiny hairs on the branch, lit by a silvery light, are a real pleasure for the eye. Very well done !
