this is really a beautiful little species but it will be hard to identify without the
knowledge of the upperside wing pattern. You know that the genera Thecla and Strymon, to which this
species probably belongs include several hundred different and often very similar species.

What an amazing shot! I have never seen a butterfly even brush by a person and this one landed on your finger! Gives us a wonderful perspective of his size. Todo un espectáculo visual Jesús y desde luego vaya habilidad que tienes. Hablaban hace mucho tiempo ya maravillas en una web Francesa de esa serie de Cámaras de Canon... y qué razón tenían; eso sí, solo algunos le saben sacar este partido. Yo tuve una compacta de Canon hace años y realmente era mucho más sencilla de utilizar que este armatoste que tengo ahora de reflex y que siempre me da problemas por H o por B.
Excelente trabajo !!!
