Hi Jesus,

I agree - this was taken at a marvelous angle showing off the Skipper to full advantage. The face, eye, and both sides of the wings have fine details and wonderful colors and shadings. Still beautiful even though the wing is torn. I love the diagonal position on the branch and the lovely setting.

Hola Jesús,
The fine POV allows us to see some of both surfaces of the wingsa with excellent sharpness, colours and lighting, but these long tailed skippers show themselves best when the wings are stretched out as when visiting flowers. This is an excellent shot of U. dorantes at rest against a pleasing OOF natural BG.

Tienes que un buen fin de semana!
Saludos,
Ivan
