Finally today I had some time to post on TN.

I not know the ID ot this uncommon (in my region) Lycaenid, I photographed several days in a bamboo forest near a stream in a forest near the village where I live. Until now, only I found there. Butterfly is a very quiet, I saw several of this posed on the small branches of bamboo.

Hope you like, and I also hope to have time to post at least one or two photos this week.

A greeting and a hug to everyone in TN!

Thanks for visiting,

Jesus

Hola Jesus!
I can not help you with ID but I would like to say a few words about picture :)
I like a lot composition - butterfly sitting with its eyes looking "what is going on below me" looks very nice :) Sharpness and DOF are very good (as I see you used f3.2 only). Another interesting creature from your region!
TFS and have a nice evening!
Radomir

Hello Jesus
the little Lycaenide is perfectly in focusing on a neutral background that puts in prominence the depth of the photo. Optimal contrast and clear details for a great composition.
Livio

Hello Jesus,
Excellent sharp picture. I think it most likely that this is Hemiargus ceraunus, which is widespread in central America. Thanks.
Alan
