I present to you the smallest river on the world: Rio Correntoso. I donīt remember how long it is, but is less than a block i think. Itīs a great place if you like to practice fly fishing. Ther are too lakes: the bigger one is Nahuel Huapi and the smaller is Correntoso. The snowed part is Cerro Bayo, the ski resort (1768mts). The river is protected not only because the town is in the middle of a national park, also because itīs a place full of trouts, and a place where they spawn. The fly fishing is under strict control of nature patrol.
I took this picture last winter, after a night snow storm. The picture was taken during the morning, at about 10.20hs.
What I really like of this picture is the contrast between the white, the winter, the cold colours of the mountain and the blue, the summer, the sun of the lakes.
I hope you like it!! |
