This Tanager is very beautiful and has a very nice contrasting colors against the black. Lives in bushy pastures between 900 and 2400 masl.
Even though the picture is not too good the beauty of the bird is worth to share.

Taken in jpeg, cropped and resized. No flash, No tripod. Shutter speed: 1/100 sec., Aperture: F4.0, ISO 80.

La Tangara Real. es una de las especies mas impactantes por sus colores contrastantes contra el fondo el negro, da visos azul morado que no pude capturar.. Aunque esta foto no es muy buena creo que por la belleza del ave justifica compartirla

Though this shot is not sharp, it is well composed and clear enough to see these beautiful tanagers in their natural environment.

These Tanagers are so beautiful and I particularly love your composition. The pose of the birds and the colours are brilliant. Pity about the blurr, but even so a lovely shot!

Por fin una representacion de esta parte de Sudamerica!
Me parece muy buena la composicion de tu foto, el primer plano formado por la rama y el par de aves, y luego el fondo muy bien difuminado con la acertada apertura.
Los colores de los pajaros son muy hermosos.
Lo unico que podria añadir es aplicarle algo mas de definicion o sharpen para definir mejor el detalle de los pajaros.
