font original mais pour le moins peu naturel et qui donne une bonne mise en valeur à la bête.

If it was inn the UK I would say its a Red Underwing (moth) Catocala nupta.
The top wing surfaces loot identical to images I have. You would need to check on the web or in books to see if it is also living in Canada or a related species as there does seem to be a lot of simular insect species across the whole of the northern hemisphere.
I look forward to seeing the notes extended when you comfirm what it is.
