[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Took this shot when we were staying in Taipa Bay Resort for our mate wedding, it was early morning hours, sun just slowing coming out from behind me. The sky look a bit strange with all pinkish, blue and grey and the water seem to get all the reflection from it. It gives a very strange feeling.

I think it is around 7 am, my son Zak and I go for a long walk at the beach, he was picking a whole lots of shells, and I am taking photos. It is just beautiful, cold breeze on my face, and it feel so fresh and relaxing. Zak and I was taking turn to take photos, (yes, he love photographing too) writing on the sand and looking at beautiful shells, We had a great time at the beach, it was fun.


Taipa beach
This pretty spot combines the open ocean and the shelter of the estuary. Launch the boat, swim, fish or sail. There is often good surf
There are various shops, a bakery, licensed restaurant, bars and TAB, the Area School and early childhood facilities, a selection of accommodation, potters, arts and crafts, a cinema and museums of interest close by
This is also the finishing point for the beach walk from Whatuwhiwhi

Very calm and relaxing picture Sweety! Piece of paradise with beach, sun and blue sky. Great landscape.

Lovely Taipa. The Bay of Islands has such wonderful beaches. And summertime has such a terrific holiday atmosphere up there. I love seeing the curve of the beach and the waves rolling in. Well done Sweety.

Nice work Sweety, the composition is very nice and I like the view. I feel it could do with a clockwise rotation to bring the water level horizontal, apart from that, great shot.

I like very much the violet water in the foreground. Beautiful shot, and wonderful note. Thank you for sharing these.

Maybe, some "noise" in the sky, but that's a minor nit.
