[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This Red Shouldered Hawk with its partner has been spotted lately in the neighborhood around the dept. of Earth and Planetary Sciences at the Johns Hopkins University. The pair has been mating and we may have a nest nearby too. It'll be quite exciting to see these birds raise their offspring.

Hi Kaustubh...Welcome to TrekNature.
I've never heard of this hawk,but it is very similar to our Harrier here in New Zealand.
There is a bit of glare from the sun.A lowere exposure value would have been better...but you can still fix this by post-processing.I'll do a workshop and post it soon,so you can see what I mean.
Keep watching those hawks..like a hawk ;)
I'll be watching too.
