[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I dont know much about frogs, species etc... but i wanted to share this photo with you all. It was taken just after 10pm and it was pitch black. The light used was from our head torches and the camera flash.

This mother frog and its young are trekking a long way across a dry open area with many risks ahead. The lake i guess it is going to is about 15mins walk ( human ). I ave no idea it they made it to the lake or to where they where going to. Hopefully they did and all are happy.

Anyway I found out that the field is a frog run area and the area has changed a lot as houses are now built in the path of these frogs so I guess what they used to go through has changed very much.

Camera used: Olympus MJU400. Used on Macro setting.

This is vanlig padda8(sv) in eng.Common Toad (Bufo bufo)

Hello Demetrio, I agree with Armand, it looks definitely as a Bufo bufo. But I’m not an expert, but I do now that it is one of the most common toads in Sweden.
