Hi Janice,
spectacular eye-catching image of butterfly and blossom, incredibly well composed! That oval white background of petal looking like an aura, the butterfly elegantly resting on top of the stem in the visual centre, all that could not be arranged in a better way. You got an excellent eye for the perfect approach and the right moment. Congratulations, and thank you!

Stunning shot. I like the overall composition with the butterfly posing under the petal. Though the sharpness is a bit soft but it gives an artistic look. The green enhances the beauty. Very nicely presented. Kudos.

This is a really unique shot, I like it very much, its like the butterfly has a built in awning to protect itself from the rain. Very nice Janice. :)

Hi Janice

I must also agree with Peter and Gert in saying that this is a magnificent catch!
Not only did you manage a great macro of this beautiful butterfly, but you also integrated it in such a splendid surroundings taht it's simply unique!
To me it almost looks like one of those open-air opera places and the butterfly here is wither the conductor (i hope i got that term correctly) or the main violin player :)
Anyway, the contrast is amaizing and it makes the subject stand out superbly.
All the colors and details are indeed terrific, too and the composition is outstanding!
